ASMR for Sleep and Focus

I have two YouTube channels and one of them is for ASMR (autonomous sensory meridian response) videos I have made.

These videos are believed to induce relaxation and sleep, or aid focus in many people, and most work for me.

My latest works particularly well. It’s a soundtrack I made of rain and thunder effects. The rain in this one has good definition, sounding like rain on the garden path and conservatory roof. The thunder is natural sounding with gentle rolls, and occasional ‘close by’ booms.

I set the video as if in an Asian street, such as a village in the Philippines, but that’s just cosmetics. The video soundtrack was made right here in north Wales, and the image used was generated by Grok.
